摘　　要：近年来,公众对健康文化的需求不断提高,医学院校图书馆应发挥自身专业优势,根据用户需求,开展健康信息服务。文章采用多种方法构建了包括7个维度、17项指标的医学院校图书馆健康信息服务需求指标体系,并利用问卷调查、Kano模型、Better-Worse指数,分析得出各项服务需求的优先度排序,提出医学院校图书馆开展健康信息服务的建议。In recent years,the public’s demand for health culture has been increasing.Medical college libraries should give full play to their professional advantages and carry out health information services based on users’needs.The paper uses a variety of methods to construct a health information service demand index system for medical college libraries including 7 dimensions and 17 indicators.And by using questionnaire survey,Kano model,Better-Worse index,the paper analyzes and obtains the priority ranking of each service demand,and proposes some suggestions on health information services for medical college libraries.
