摘 要:核安全领域安保工作基于纵深防御和均衡保护的原则,通过人防与技防结合,建立起完整、安全、可靠与有效的核安保系统,近些年,指纹识别技术在核安保领域被广泛应用。传统OPTA算法使用时产生较多毛刺,由于分叉点、眼线、小桥问题的存在,影响指纹识别的效率与准确性。研究采用一直改进的OPTA算法,通过对图像处理边界特征进行消除,采用算法对模板进行修正,得到剩余毛刺和分叉点的取出模板。通过非关键点的特征,运用仿真手段对改进前后细化算法进行对比。验证了改进的细化算法可有效避免细化过程中出现的毛刺现象,并且使有效信息未丢失。该算法应用在核安保指纹系统可有效提高系统的准确性及识别效率。Security work in the field of nuclear safety is based on the principle of in-depth defense and balanced protection.Through the combination of civil air defense and technical defense,a complete,safe,reliable and effective nuclear security system has been established.In recent years,fingerprint identification technology has been widely used in the field of nuclear security.The traditional OPTA algorithm produces more burrs,which affects the efficiency and accuracy of fingerprint recognition due to the existence of bifurcation points,eyeliner and small bridge.In this paper,an improved OPTA algorithm is used to eliminate the edge features of image processing,and the template is modified by the algorithm to get the remaining burrs and bifurcation points.Through the characteristics of non-critical points,the refinement algorithm before and after improvement is compared by simulation.It is verified that the improved thinning algorithm can effectively avoid burrs in the thinning process,and make the effective information remain.The application of this method in nuclear security fingerprint system can effectively improve the accuracy and recognition efficiency of the system.
