摘  要:对厨房污水处理装置工艺的选择与应用进行研究。常用的油水分离设备有隔油池、陆用油水分离器、核桃壳过滤器、膜过滤、混凝气浮、混凝沉淀,分别介绍了其应用特点。以200人左右的生活群体为例,选用Q=1 m3/h的处理量对厨房污水处理装置进行研究,发现采用气浮臭氧滤池工艺处理厨房污水后,其出水动植物油与悬浮物均小于10 mg/L。厨房污水处理装置集去油、去有机物、去悬浮物、去臭味等功能于一体,即装即用,可以间隙运行,移动方便,进一步提高系统对有机物的处理效果,是未来的研究方向。The research analyzes the choice and application of kitchen waste water disposal plant.Common oily water separating equipment includes oil separator,oil-water separator,walnut shell filter,membrane filtration,coagulation air flotation and coagulating sedimentation.The research introduces its application characteristics.Through taking 200 people as an example,the research selects Q=1 m3/h handing capacity to explore the kitchen waste water disposal plant,and finds that,after flotation-ozone filter fabrication process kitchen waste water,effluent animal and vegetable oil and suspended solids are less than 10mg/L.Kitchen waste disposal plant has the function of deoil,removal of organic matter,suspended solids and stink,using immediately when it is installed,operating in spare time,and convinience in movement.Further improvement of system on the effect of organic materials disposal is the future research direction.
