预防性护理干预在呼吸内科医院感染控制中的效果分析

摘　　要：分析预防性护理在呼吸内科医院感染控制中的应用效果。选取2018年12月—2019年12月东南大学附属中大医院江北院区呼吸内科收治的100例患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组各50例。对照组给予普通护理,并分析导致呼吸内科患者发生医院感染的主要因素,在制定预防性护理流程后,将其应用在观察组患者的护理工作中,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果表明,通过对观察组患者应用预防性护理,使观察组患者的整体护理效果显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:采用预防性护理可显著降低呼吸内科患者的医院感染发生率。The research analyzes the application effect of preventive nursing intervention on hospital infection control of the Respiratory Medicine Department.100 patients of the Respiratory Medicine Department of the hospital from Dec.2018 to Dec.2019 are selected,and they are divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Control group receive general nursing.The main factors of hospital infection of the Respiratory Medicine Department are analyzed.Preventive nursing process is applied in the nursing of patients in observation group.The nursing effects of two groups are compared.Through preventive nursing,general nursing effect of the observation group is significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Preventive nursing can significantly reduce the hospital infection rate of the patients in Respiratory Medicine Department.
