摘　　要：探讨对剖宫产后再次足月妊娠顺娩产妇的护理效果。选取2016年1月—2018年12月蚌埠市第三人民医院妇产科180例剖宫产术后再次足月妊娠分娩的产妇,将其分为顺娩组和手术分娩组,顺娩组77例,手术分娩组103例,对比两组产妇的各项临床护理指标。顺娩组的产后出血量显著少于手术分娩组。排气时间、下床时间显著早于手术分娩组。宫缩乏力、产褥感染、后期产后出血量均显著少于手术分娩组。产后住院时长显著短于手术分娩组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对剖宫产再次足月妊娠顺娩产妇进行护理干预,可降低产妇发生并发症的机率,并有效提高产妇的护理满意度与生活质量。We explore the nursing effect of full-term pregnancy delivery puerperae after caesarean section.180 full-term pregnancy delivery puerperae after caesarean section from Jan.2016 to Dec.2018 in Bengbu City Third People’s Hospital are divided into normal labor group and operation labor group,with 77 cases in normal labor group and 103 cases in operation labor group.All clinical nursing indexes of two groups are compared.Postpartum amount of bleeding of normal labor group is significantly less than operation labor group.Postpartum hospitalization time is significantly shorter than operation labor group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Nursing intervention of full-term pregnancy delivery puerperae after caesarean section can reduce the complication rate of puerperae,and effectively improve puerperae’s nursing satisfaction and living quality.
