摘  要:3D打印技术是一种新兴的增材制造技术,有着绿色环保、高效节能等诸多优点,为设计与制造业注入了新的血液。3D打印在无支撑打印、快速打印、大型建筑物打印等方面还有着诸多不足之处。本研究分析设计了一种基于挤出技术的3D打印系统。与常见的将打印实物转化成CAD模型再生成STL类程序不同,本系统的工作原理是直接通过CAD模型编写程序,之后将程序存储到西门子PLC中,通过PLC控制XYZ轴电机与进料电机,从而完成3D打印机的控制。主要编程原理是基准脉冲插补中的逐点比较插补法。3D printing technology is an emerging additive manufacturing technology.It has many advantages,such as green environmental protection,high efficiency and energy saving,and it has injected new blood into design and manufacturing.3D printing is an emerging manufacturing technology that has many shortcomings in unsupported printing,fast printing and large-scale building printing.To this end,this paper analyzes and designs a multi-nozzle 3D printing system.It is different from the common program of transferring print entity intro CAD model,and then STL type program.The operating principle of the system is compiling program through CAD model,and storing the program into simens PLC,controlling XYZ axis electrical machinery and feedstock machinery through PLC to complete the control of 3D printer.The main compiling principle is the point-by-point comparison interpolation method of standard pulse interpolation method.
