摘　　要：对中国人寿保险和储蓄之间的关系进行分析,介绍了二者的发展现状,发现有些法律法规不健全,监管制度过于灵活,容易出现监督摩擦和漏洞,储蓄监管力度有待加强,二者在主要功能、结构以及类型等诸多方面存在大量相似之处。找出了中国人寿保险和储蓄之间的相同点和不同点。相同点主要包括二者均为财富管理的主要方式,也是投资方式。不同点在于二者具有不一样的参与目的,收益和对待通胀的方式都不一样。研究发现,中国人寿保险与储蓄之间存在着显著的正相关关系,居民储蓄越高,投入的人身保险也就越多。还发现发展现状、影响因素、保险监管制度是滞后人寿保险在储蓄中占比的重要因素。居民更倾向于将收入的增加转化为储蓄,建议相关宏观调控政策的重点应着眼于提高居民收入,健全管理制度和标准,进行分类监管,在不同地区成立监管小组,因为完善的监管制度有助于居民选择人寿保险,增加家庭抗风险能力。The research analyzes the relationship between China Life Insurance and savings,introduces the development situation of the two,and finds that some laws and regulations are imperfect,the supervision system is too flexible,there is supervision conflict and hole,the savings supervision should be strengthened,and there are similarities in main function,structure and type.The similarities and differences between China Life Insurance and savings are found.The similarities include that the two are the main methods of wealth management and investment way.The differences are that the two has different participation targets,and the methods of earnings and inflation.There is positive correlation relationship between China Life Insurance and savings.The more residents’savings are,the more the personal insurance they input.Development situation,influencing factor and insurance supervision system are the important factors lacking the ratio of personal insurance to savings.Residents are more likely to transfer the increase of input into savings.It is suggested to pay attention to the macro-control policy to improve residents’income,perfect management system and standard,clarify supervision,and establish supervision team of different regions.Perfect supervision system is beneficial for residents to select China Life Insurance,and can strengthen family anti-risk ability.
