摘　　要：目的探讨慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者主要照顾者的准备度现况,并分析其影响因素,为医护人员采取针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,采用一般情况调查表、照顾者准备度量表(care preparedness scale,CPS)对158例住院CHF患者的照顾者进行现况调查,并分析其影响因素。结果 CHF患者照顾者准备度总分为(19.72±2.51)分,处于中等偏高水平。多元线性回归分析显示,患者年龄、照顾者与患者关系、照顾者性别、有无照顾经验是CHF患者照顾者准备度的独立影响因素(均P<0.05),解释照顾者准备度总变异度的67.90%。结论 CHF患者主要照顾者的准备度仍有提升空间,且其受多种因素影响。护理人员应重视对照顾者准备度的评估,根据其实际情况采取针对性的干预措施,以便提高其照顾患者的实践能力和信心,从而帮助患者及其照顾者有效应对疾病。Objective To investigate the status quo of care preparedness of main caregivers of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)and analyze the influencing factors so as to provide a basis for medical personnel to take targeted interventions.Method A total of 158 caregivers of CHF patients hospitalized in the hospital were enrolled in the investigation with a self-designed general information questionnaire and care preparedness scale.Results The total score of preparedness of the caregivers of the CHF patients was(19.72±2.51),at a medium or higher lever.Multiple linear regression showed that the main influencing factors of their preparedness included patients’age,relationship with the patients,gender of the caregivers,and care experience(P<0.05),which explained 67.90%variation in the caregiver’s preparedness.Conclusions The caregivers of CHF patients need to improve their preparedness.Based on the influencing factors,nurses should take targeted interventions according to individual situations of caregivers to improve their practical ability and confidence,thus helping patients and their caregivers to effectively cope with the disease.
