情绪释放联合经皮穴位电刺激防治高致吐风险化疗恶心呕吐的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨情绪释放疗法联合经皮穴位电刺激对肿瘤高致吐风险化疗患者恶心呕吐的影响。方法选取肿瘤高致吐风险化疗患者120例,依据患者入院就诊顺序,按照数字随机表的编码分为对照组和试验组,每组各60例,对照组患者在常规治疗护理基础上,予经皮穴位电刺激疗法,试验组在对照组基础上给予情绪释放疗法。干预14d后比较两组患者的恶心呕吐程度、焦虑、抑郁、压力和生活质量的情况。结果干预后试验组患者化疗后恶心呕吐的程度明显低于对照组,试验组化疗第14天的焦虑、抑郁、压力得分明显低于对照组,试验组生活质量得分明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论情绪释放疗法联合经皮穴位电刺激可有效防治高致吐风险化疗恶心呕吐的发生,改善焦虑、抑郁程度,降低患者的知觉压力水平,提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the preventive and curative effect of emotional freedom technique combined with transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation on nausea,vomiting,anxiety,depression,Chinese percived stress scale(CPSS)and quality of life in patients undergoing chemotherapy with high risk of tumor emesis.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing chemotherapy with high risk of emesis were randomly divided into control group and trial group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given transcutaneous electrical stimulation therapy on the basis of routine treatment and nursing,while the trial group was given emotional freedom technique on the basis of the treatment for the control group.The nausea and vomiting degree of the patients in the two groups were recorded every day from the 1st day to the 7th day of chemotherapy.Self-anxiety scale(SAS),self-depression scale(SDS),pressure perception scale and quality of life score were evaluated on the 1st day and 14th day of chemotherapy.Results After chemotherapy,the degree of nausea and vomiting in the trial group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).On the 14th day of chemotherapy,the levels of anxiety,depression and stress in the trial group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the quality of life scores in the trial group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The emotional freedom technique combined with transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation can effectively prevent and treat nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy with high risk of emesis,alleviate their anxiety and depression,reduce their perceived pressure and improve their quality of life.
