摘　　要：为了完成国外某知名客户高端轴承新产品开发,必须有效控制硬车加工产生的烧伤变质层。通过深入分析硬车烧伤产生的根源,并采取有针对性的措施,经过多次工艺验证与检测,找出了根本性解决办法,并将其固化到控制计划与过程质量控制规定中,最终顺利加工出完全符合客户要求的高精度的产品。In order to complete the development of new high-grade bearing products for a well-known customer abroad,it is necessary to effectively control the burn layer produced by hard turning.Through thorough analysis of the causes of hard turning burn,and taking targeted measures,after many times of process verification and testing,the fundamental solution is found,and it is solidified in the control plan and process quality control regulations,and finally the high-precision products that fully meet the customer requirements are successfully processed.
