摘　　要：圆柱滚子轴承一体不同心圆弧兜孔结构保持架内、外复圆的测量对轴承的使用很重要,测量滚子设计不合理会造成产品锁点尺寸变化。使用优化测量滚子,提高了首件加工调整效率,同时提高了测量效率、精度和稳定性。It is very important to measure enveloping circles of CRB with special structure cage,and usually the locking point size changes due to the improper design of measuring roller.By using the optimized design of measuring roller,the first part adjustment efficiency is improved,and the measuring efficiency,precision and stability are also improved.
