现代医学工程部门发展路径的思考

摘　　要：现代医学科技的飞速发展使医疗设备逐渐成为诊疗活动重要的物质基础。现代医院综合实力的高低不仅与医务人员的专业水平和临床经验息息相关,很大程度上也取决于对医疗设备的合理高效配置、运用和管理。20世纪80年代以来,国家加大了对医疗卫生领域的投入,随着大量先进医疗设备的引入,医院对于实现医疗设备的科学、精细化管理提出了新的更高要求。医学工程部门正是在这样的背景下从传统意义上的后勤部门逐渐分离,经过30多年的发展,已经成为了一个适应医学装备全生命周期管理要求的综合性部门。本文将以南充市中心医院为例,从思维理念、职能定位以及信息化技术三个层面阐述医学工程部门当前的发展路径。With the rapid development of modern medical sci-tech,medical equipment has gradually become an important material foundation for diagnosis and treatment activities.The comprehensive strength of modern hospitals is not only closely related to the professional knowledge and clinical experience of medical staff,but also depends on the rational and efficient allocation,application and management of medical equipment to a large extent.Since 1980s,the nation has increased its investment in the field of medical and health care.With the introduction of a large number of advanced medical equipment,hospitals demand higher requirements for the scientific and refined management of medical equipment.It is in this context that the medical engineering department is gradually separated from the logistics department.After more than 30 years of development,it has become a comprehensive department to meet the requirements of life cycle management of medical equipment.In this paper,we will take Nanchong Central Hospital as an example to explain the current development path of medical engineering department from three aspects of the view,function positioning and information technology.
