摘 要:目的利用高频电刀的质控数据预测电刀的指标并进行分析。方法选取6台高频电刀,使用扩展自回归滑动平均(Extended Auto-Regressive Moving Average,ARMAX)模型进行预测。结果输出功率随着使用时间的增加指标值呈现下降趋势,波峰因子和高频漏电流处于平稳状态,各指标预测值都处于合格范围内,且预测结果误差较小。结论由上述分析可知,ARMAX模型预测的高频电刀各指标状态具有一定的参考意义。Objective To predict and analyze the index of electrosurgical generator by the quality control data of high frequency electrosurgical generator.Methods Six high frequency electrosurgical generators were selected and predicted by ARMAX.Results It was found that the index value of output power decreased with the increase of service time,the peak factor and high frequency leakage current were in a stable state,and the predicted values of each index were in a qualified range,and the prediction error is small.Conclusion According to the above analysis,ARMAX model can provide references to predict the index state of high frequency electrosurgical generator.
