摘　　要：本文主要介绍了ERBE公司的ERBEJET2水刀应用于临床的组织切割原理以及常见故障的排查方法和维修。根据ERBE公司最近三年(2016年至2018年)售后维修案例分析,提炼常见故障的排查及维修思路。对ERBEJET2水刀一些硬件故障和常见的报错代码进行分析,排除故障,通过清洗泵组模块、更换主芯片、更换二极管,最终成功修复故障,总结分析维修经验。了解ERBEJET2水刀的原理及基本结构,能有效提高设备的使用率、减少常见故障的发生、促进售后维修质量。This paper mainly introduces the tissue cutting principle of ERBEJET2 waterjet applied in clinical practice as well as the troubleshooting methods and maintenance of common faults.According to the analysis of ERBE after-sales maintenance cases in recent three years(2016—2018),the troubleshooting and maintenance ideas of common faults were refined.Some hardware faults and common error codes of ERBEJET2 waterjet were analyzed.And the faults were repaired by cleaning the pump set module,replacing the main chip,and replacing the diode,and summarizing the maintenance experience finally.Understanding the principle and basic structure of ERBEJET2 waterjet can effectively improve the utilization rate of equipment,reduce the occurrence of common faults and promote the quality of after-sales maintenance.
