摘 要:当前大学生就业形势愈发严峻,如何有效地结合新形势下大学生群体的特点帮助他们进行生涯规划,成为当前高校面临的重要任务。朋辈群体是个人成长过程中的重要的环境因素和载体。将朋辈教育引入大学生生涯规划领域,这也是新时期高校推进生涯规划教育在途径和手段上的延伸和创新。本文以武汉某高校朋辈教育工作经验为案例,通过质性访谈,明确朋辈群体在大学生生涯规划中的角色定位和实践样态,最后结合班杜拉的社会学习理论分析总结出高校朋辈教育在大学生生涯规划教育中的作用机制。At present,the employment situation of college students is increasingly severe.How to effectively combine the characteristics of college students under the new situation to help them make career planning has become an important task for colleges at present.Peer group is an important environmental factor and carrier in the personal growth process.The introduction of peer education into the field of college students'career planning is also an extension and innovation in ways and means of promoting career planning education in colleges and universities in the new era.This paper takes the peer education work experience of a university in Wuhan as a case,through qualitative interviews,to clarify the roleand practice of peer group in college students'career planning.Finally,combined with Bandura's social learning theory,this paper analyzes and summarizes the mechanism of peer education in college students'career planning.
