基于引文分析的专利文献评价研究——以新能源产业为例

摘　　要：专利文献是原创性科学技术信息的载体,做好专利文献的评价工作,对提高研究水准、促进科学创新和优化产业发展具有促进作用和重要意义。文章通过对专利文献评价研究领域成果的全面分析,基于专利引文分析构建专利文献评价系列指标,将系列指标划分为基础指标和综合指标两部分。将生命周期曲线引入基础指标之中;在综合指标部分通过层次分析法确定综合指标中各个指标的权重,提出“引文综合评价指数”的概念。在理论研究的基础上,选取新能源产业作为实证研究对象,对产业专利文献等级区域进行划分,进而筛选出核心专利文献。最后,文章通过对新能源产业实证研究数据的相关性分析,对文章的理论内容进行了验证完善;并进一步论述了实证研究的价值性。文章最终构建了科学性、全面性且可行性的专利文献评价系列指标。此外,利用构建的系列指标筛选出新能源产业核心专利。The evaluation of patent literature as the carrier of original science and technology information is so important that it can improve research level,promote scientific innovation and optimize industrial development.Through a comprehensive analysis of the results of the patent literature evaluation research field and based on patent citation analysis,the article builds a series of patent literature evaluation indicators and divides them into basic indicators and comprehensive indicators.Then,the life cycle curve is introduced into the basic indicators;in the comprehensive indicators part,the weight of each indicator in the comprehensive indicators is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the concept of"citation comprehensive evaluation index"is proposed.On the basis of theoretical research,the new energy industry is selected as the empirical research object,the industry patent document grade areas are divided,and the core patent documents are singled out.Finally,the thesis validates the theoretical content by correlating the empirical research data of the new energy industry,further discusses the value of empirical research,and ultimately constructs a scientific,comprehensive and feasible series of patent literature evalua tion indicators,selecting the core patents of new energy industry.
