摘　　要：对新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)患者实施食管心房调搏时,存在气溶胶暴露的高风险。本文以1例发生无法用药物终止的持续性心动过速的COVID-19患者为例,介绍了医护人员在食管心房调搏治疗中采取防护措施、避免新型冠状病毒感染的经验,总结了疫情缓解期、暴发期的消毒与防护规程,并对当前及未来一段时期的COVID-19常态化防护提出了具体建议。During the operation of esophagus atrial pacing in patients with corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19),there is a high risk of aerosol exposure.Taking a COVID-19 patient as an example,this paper introduces medical staff’s experience of taking preventive measures to avoid novel coronavirus infection during the treatment of esophagus atrial pacing in the occurrence of persistent tachycardia which can not be terminated with drugs.It summarizes the procedures for disinfection and protection during epidemic paracmasis and outbreak period;proposes specific suggestions on normalized protection against COVID-19 for the current and the future.
