摘  要:为了研究预处理温度对剩余污泥厌氧发酵性能的影响,将剩余污泥在碱性条件下进行发酵处理,待系统稳定后将30、50、70、90℃预处理剩余污泥作为种泥进行投加,分析发酵系统中的蛋白质、糖类、挥发性短链脂肪酸(SCFAs)和生物酶等指标。结果表明,50℃剩余污泥发酵系统酸化性能最佳,SCFAs达到2852.27 mg/L。蛋白酶和碱性磷酸酶活性随着预处理温度的升高而降低,α-葡萄糖苷酶和酸性磷酸酶活性先升高后降低。30℃剩余污泥发酵系统中熟化发酵污泥对蛋白质的水解率最高,为82.22%,而50℃剩余污泥发酵系统中熟化发酵污泥对糖类的水解率最高,为84.71%。In order to study the effect of pretreatment temperature on the excess sludge fermentation performance,the excess sludge were fermented under the alkaline condition.The excess sludge pretreated at 30,50,70,90℃were added into fermentation system as seed sludge when the system was stable.The protein,polysaccharide,short volatile fatty acids(SCFAs),and bioenzyme were analyzed during sludge anaerobic fermentation process.The results showed that the SCFAs production of 50℃excess sludge fermentation system was the highest with the value of 2852.27 mg/L.The protease and alkaline phosphatase activity declined with the increase of pretreatment temperature,theα-glucosidase and acid phosphatase activity increased first and then declined.The mature fermentation sludge in 30℃excess sludge fermentation system had the highest protein hydrolysis rate,which was 82.22%,while the mature fermentation sludge in 50℃excess sludge fermentation system had the highest polysaccharide hydrolysis rate,which was 84.71%.
