摘  要:选择发光细菌、斑马鱼受精卵为试验生物,对2家在产农药生产企业不同区域浅层地下水样品进行生物毒性诊断。结果表明,企业A地下水对发光细菌无毒,明显促进斑马鱼胚胎的孵化,但对幼鱼毒性较强;企业B地下水对发光细菌的抑制率超过30%,对斑马鱼胚胎急性毒性较强。化学检测和现场采样记录表明企业A地下水可能被除草剂和表面活性剂污染,企业B地下水可能被2,4-二叔丁基酚污染。生物毒性诊断有利于快速识别和筛选场地地下水污染区域,为场地进一步的污染物筛选和风险评估提供科学依据。Luminescent bacteria and zebrafish fertilized egg were selected as experimental organisms for the bio-toxicity diagnosis of shallow groundwater in two pesticide factories.The results showed that the groundwater of enterprise A was not toxic to the luminescent bacteria.It promoted the hatching of the zebrafish embryo obviously and was toxic to the juvenile fish.The inhibition rate of the groundwater of enterprise B to luminescent bacteria exceeded 30%,and the groundwater had strong acute toxicity on the zebrafish embryo.Further analysis based on chemical testing and field sampling records suggested that groundwater of enterprise A might be contaminated by herbicides and surfactants,and groundwater of enterprise B might be contaminated by 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol.The bio-toxicity diagnosis was beneficial to the rapid identification and screening of contaminated groundwater area in the site,which provided a scientific basis for further pollutant screening and risk assessment.
