摘 要:调研分析两家典型的废纸造纸企业废水处理系统的工艺和水质,利用朗格利尔指数和CaSO 4饱和指数分析结垢情况,可知两家企业中水系统的进水均易形成CaCO 3沉淀,不易形成CaSO 4沉淀。比较3种投药方案(方案1:投加Na 2CO 3;方案2:投加Ca(OH)2+Na 2CO 3;方案3:投加NaOH)的除钙性能,优化药剂投加量。结果表明,针对实际废水,方案1至方案3的最佳投加量为848 mg/L Na 2CO 3、666 mg/L Ca(OH)2+106 mg/L Na 2CO 3、360 mg/L NaOH。通过对比碳酸盐消耗量和Ca^2+去除量可判断,方案1、3的主要沉淀产物为CaCO 3,方案2的沉淀产物为CaCO 3和Ca 2(OH)2CO 3。Based on the investigation and analysis of the process and water quality of the wastewater treatment system of two typical waste paper papermaking enterprises,and the analysis of scale formation by Langley index and CaSO 4 saturation index,it could be seen that the inflow of the water system of the two enterprises trended to form CaCO 3 precipitation instead of CaSO 4 precipitation.The removal performance of Ca^2+by three dosing schemes(scheme 1:Na 2CO 3;scheme 2:Ca(OH)2+Na 2CO 3;scheme 3:NaOH)was compared,and the dosage was optimized.The optimal dosage for actual wastewater was 848 mg/L Na 2CO 3,666 mg/L Ca(OH)2+106 mg/L Na 2CO 3,360 mg/L NaOH.By comparing the consumption of carbonate and the removal of Ca^2+,the composition of precipitated products was preliminarily determined.The results showed that the precipitated products of scheme 1 and scheme 3 were CaCO 3 and scheme 2 were CaCO 3 and Ca 2(OH)2CO 3.
