摘  要:持久性有机污染物(POPs)是一类具有生物累积性的难降解污染物,严重危害人体健康。广泛存在于环境介质中的溶解性有机质(DOM)多是污染物的天然有机配体和迁移载体,显著影响污染物的环境行为。系统总结了DOM对POPs环境行为影响方面的研究进展,DOM通过疏水分配、氢键、范德华力等多种作用与POPs结合形成DOM-POPs复合物,显著影响POPs在环境介质中的吸附与解吸、迁移与传输、转化与降解等环境行为,进而改变POPs生物有效性及其在生物体内的蓄积特征。最后对该领域今后的研究方向进行了探讨。Persistent organic pollutants(POPs)are a category of bioaccumulative,refractory pollutants,which seriously endanger human health.Dissolved organic matter(DOM),widely existing in environmental media,is natural organic ligand and transport carrier of pollutants,which significantly affects the environmental behavior of pollutants.Research progress on the influence of DOM on environmental behavior of POPs was summarized in this paper.DOM combined with POPs through hydrophobic distribution,hydrogen bond,van der Waals force and other functions to form DOM-POPs complex,which significantly affected the environmental behavior of POPs,such as adsorption and desorption,migration and transport,transformation and degradation in environmental media,and then changed the bioavailability and accumulation characteristics of POPs in organisms.Finally,the further research directions in this field were also discussed.
