摘  要:探讨自调匀整并条机TG和FP电压值的控制问题。从D值报警停车开始提出问题,对乌斯特自调匀整USG PRO系统的喂入TG电压和输出FP电压值进行释义,利用胡克定律,建立TG罗拉电压值与凹凸罗拉隔距、纤维压缩厚度之间的数学关系,使凹凸罗拉和喂入定量选择更加直观。认为:采用这种方法能更好地控制和管理自调匀整并条机。The control problems with TG and FP voltage values in the auto-levelling of drawing frame were discussed.Questions were put forward starting from the D value of alarming stop.The feeding TG voltage and output FP voltage value of USTER auto-levelling USG PRO system were explained.By Hook′s law,the mathematic relation among TG roller voltage value with embossing roller gauge,fiber compressing thickness were established.So the selection of embossing roller and feeding weight per unit became more intuitive.It is considered that the autolevelling of drawing frame can be better controlled and managed by using this method.
