摘 要:探讨精梳织物和普梳织物的风格差异。在原料、纱号、捻度、织物规格、织造工艺和后整理工艺相同的条件下,设计加工了纯棉精梳织物和普梳织物,采用KES⁃FB型织物风格仪测试了两种织物的摩擦、压缩、弯曲、拉伸、剪切等性能指标。结果表明:精梳织物与普梳织物相比,表面动摩擦因数较小,织物的压缩比功、压缩回弹性、弯曲刚度、拉伸比功、剪切刚度较大,因此精梳织物的光滑度、弹性、保形性及柔软性明显优于普梳织物。认为:掌握精梳加工对织物性能的影响规律,有助于更加合理、准确地进行精梳工艺设计。The style difference between combed fabric and carded fabric was discussed.Under the same condition of raw material,yarn fitness,twist,fabric specification,weaving technology and finishing process,pure cotton combed fabric and carded fabric were designed and manufactured.KES-FB fabric style tester was used to test the properties of two fabrics like friction,compression,bending,stretch,shear and so on.The test results showed that the surface dynamic friction coefficient was smaller and the fabric compression ratio work,compress reversion,bending rigidity,tensile ratio work and shear rigidity were bigger comparing combed fabric with carded fabric.Therefore,the smoothness,elasticity,conformality and softness of combed fabric were obviously better than those of carded fabric.It is considered that grasping the influence rule of combing process on fabric properties is beneficial for more reasonable and accurate combing process design of combing process.
