摘  要:探讨制备技术条件对形状记忆聚氨酯纤维包芯纱形状记忆性能的影响规律。以不同的形状记忆聚氨酯长丝预牵伸倍数和纱线捻系数制备棉形状记忆聚氨酯包芯纱,并进行了形状记忆性能的测试。结果显示:随着形状记忆聚氨酯长丝预牵伸倍数的增加,包芯纱的形变固定率呈下降趋势,但形状回复率呈上升趋势;随着纱线捻系数的增加,包芯纱的形变固定率呈先降后升的态势,其谷值出现在捻系数为400时,而包芯纱的形状回复率呈先升后降的态势,其峰值出现在捻系数为420时。认为:开发含形状记忆聚氨酯纺织品应对制备工艺给予关注。The influence rule of preparation technology condition on the shape memory property of the shape memory polyurethane fiber core-spun yarn was discussed.Cotton polyurethane core-spun yarns were prepared with different shape memory polyurethane filament pre-draft ratios and yarn twist multipliers.And the shape memory property of the yarn was tested.The test results showed that the deformation fixation rate of core-spun yarn was in a decrease trend but the shape recovery ratio was in an increase trend as the increase of the pre-draft ratio of shape memory polyurethane.As the increase of yarn twist multiplier,the deformation fixation rate of core-spun yarn showed a trend of decrease first and then increase.The valley value was happened when the twist multiplier was 400.However,the sharp recovery ratio of the core-spun yarn showed a trend of increase first and then decrease.The peak value was happened when the twist multiplier was 420.It is considered that attention should be paid on the manufacture process for the development of shape memory polyurethane textiles.
