摘 要:为了改善生物基锦纶56短纤维的可纺性,采用环锭纺纱工艺,将该短纤维分别与棉、粘胶、莫代尔按50/50混纺比纺制成20.8 tex×2纱线,测试其强伸性能、毛羽指标、条干CV值和吸放湿性能。结果表明:3种混纺纱线都具有良好的强伸性能和吸湿性能,且纱线条干均匀,常发性纱疵少,其中生物基锦纶56粘胶混纺纱线性能最佳,纱线断裂强度为12.39 cN/tex,平衡回潮率约为8.0%,具有良好的吸放湿性能。认为:将生物基锦纶56短纤维与棉、粘胶、莫代尔按50/50混纺,可改善该短纤维的纺纱性能。In order to improve the spinnability of bio-based PA56 short fiber,ring spinning process was adopted.PA56 short fiber was spun with cotton,viscose and Modal at 50/50 blending ratio to make 20.8 tex×2 yarn.The tensile strength,hairiness index,evenness CV value and moisture absorption and discharge property were tested.The result showed that the three kinds of blended yarns all had better properties of tensile strength and moisture absorption,the yarns evenness CV were uniformly,frequent yarn defects were less.Among them,the biobased PA56 viscose blended yarns had the best property,the yarn breaking strength was 12.39 cN/tex,the balance moisture regain rate was about 8.0%,the yarns had better moisture absorption and discharge property.It is considered that the spinning property of bio-based PA56 short fiber can be improved by blending with cotton,viscose and Modal at 50/50 blending ratio.
