摘  要:分析纯棉喷气涡流色纺纱成纱质量的影响因素。通过试验,分析原料、环境温湿度、喷气涡流纺纱参数对成纱质量的影响规律,优选出相对较优的纺纱方案。认为:原料中色棉比例越低,纱线质量指标和生产效率更优;纤维长度越长、细度越细、单纤强力越高,纱线的强力也能明显提升,生产效率也相应提高;当环境温度30℃左右,相对湿度58%,纺纱速度300 m/min,喷嘴气压0.5 MPa时,所生产纯棉喷气涡流色纺纱的质量指标和生产效率较优。Influencing factors of pure cotton air-jet vortex yarn quality were analyzed.Through experiment,influence law of raw material,environmental temperature&humidity,air-jet vortex spinning parameters on yarn quality was analyzed,a relatively optimal spinning plan was selected.It is considered that the lower the proportion of colored cotton in the raw material,the better the yarn quality index and production efficiency.When the fiber length is longer,fineness is finer,single fiber strength is larger,strength of the yarn can be significantly improved and the production efficiency will also be improved accordingly.When the ambient temperature is about 30℃,the relative humidity is 58%,the spinning speed is 300 m/min and jet nozzle air pressure is 0.5 MPa,the quality index and production efficiency of pure cotton air-jet vortex yarn are better.
