摘　　要：探讨影响弹力牛仔织物弹性指标的因素。分析了组织结构、纬向紧度、涤纶含量、后整理方式和化学试剂对牛仔织物弹性的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内,组织结构交织点密度、纬密、纬纱线密度、纬纱中涤纶含量的增加,都会降低牛仔织物弹性;采用空气整理方式,以及柔软剂用量为15 g/L时均可有效提升牛仔织物弹性。认为:在一定范围内,通过调整工艺参数可实现对牛仔织物弹性的控制。Factors affecting the elasticity index of elastic denim fabric were discussed.Effects of organization structure,weft tightness,polyester content,finishing method and chemical reagents on the elasticity of denim fabrics were analyzed.The results showed that within a certain range,the increase of interlacing point density of organization structure,weft density,weft yarn linear density and polyester content in the weft yarn would reduce elasticity of denim fabric.When air finishing was adopted and the dosage of softening agent dosage was 15 g/L,elasticity of denim fabric was effectively improved.It is considered that within a certain range,elasticity of denim fabric can be controlled by adjusting the process parameters.
