纯棉细号纱钢领钢丝圈的选配实践

摘　　要：探讨纯棉细号纱的钢领钢丝圈选配及上机试用流程。介绍了纯棉细号纱所用钢领钢丝圈的技术标准,观察了卡特钢领钢丝圈上机使用情况,并与其他品牌的钢领钢丝圈进行了对比。结果表明:卡特钢领钢丝圈的运行情况及成纱质量指标稳定,千锭时断头率可以控制在1%,锭速可以达到18000 r/min。认为:卡特钢领钢丝圈在质量、性价比以及实际上机运行稳定性方面,均有较为明显的优势和使用效果,品种适应性较好,能够达到高速高质量的生产要求。Selection and trial process of ring and ring traveller for pure cotton fine yarn were discussed.Technology standards of ring and ring traveller used for pure cotton fine yarn were introduced.The use of Carter ring and ring traveller was observed and compared with other brands of ring and ring travellers.The results showed that the operation of Carter ring and ring traveler and yarn quality index were stable,broken ends rate per 1000 spindles per hour could be controlled at 1%,spindle speed can be reached 18000 r/min.It is considered that Carter ring and ring traveller have obvious advantages and use effects in terms of quality,cost performance and actual operation stability.They have better variety adaptability and can meet high-speed and high-quality production requirements.
