摘  要:探讨锥面钢领与平面钢领对纺纱速度的影响。分别用平面钢领与锥面钢领试纺粘胶包芯纱,在其他工艺参数不变时仅改变纺纱速度,对比了不同速度下的断头、断丝和成纱质量指标。结果表明:选用锥面钢领相比平面钢领在提高纺纱速度方面有较大优势,并且能够很好地保持纱线质量;锥面钢领能够适应17000 r/min以上的纺纱速度。认为:未来在做好锥面钢领与钢丝圈配套基础上,锥面钢领应用领域将会进一步扩大;随着细纱长车的普及,应用锥面钢领的经济效益会更加明显。Influence of cone ring and flat ring on spinning speed was discussed.Cone ring and flat ring were adopted to respectively trial spinning viscose core-spun yarn,only the spinning speed was changed when the other process parameters were unchanged,broken ends,broken filament and yarn quality indexes at different speeds were compared.The results showed that the use of cone ring had better advantage than flat ring in increasing spinning speed and maintained yarn quality.Cone ring could adapt to spinning speed above 17000 r/min.It is considered that in the future,on the basis of matching cone ring and ring traveller,application field of cone ring will be further expanded.With the popularization of long spinning frame,economic benefits of using cone ring will be more obvious.
