摘  要:研究棉纱毛羽根数与毛羽H值间的关系。采用UT6型条干仪对环锭纺、集聚纺、赛络纺、转杯纺生产的棉纱进行毛羽测试,并借助回归模型探讨了HL模块(毛羽根数)输出结果S1+2u、S3u对OH模块(毛羽H值)输出结果的预测效果。结果表明:纺纱方式对利用回归模型建立的UT6型条干仪两个毛羽模块输出结果间的相关性有影响,一元回归模型对环锭纺和集聚纺有良好的预测性,多元线性回归模型对赛络纺棉纱预测效果的决定系数达到0.955,而对转杯纺棉纱回归模型的预测效果相对较低。Relationship between hairiness number and hairiness H value of cotton yarn was studied.Hairiness tests of cotton yarns produced by ring spinning,condensed spinning,siro spinning and rotor spinning was carried out on UT6 evenness tester.With the aid of regression model,prediction effect of HL module output results S1+2u and S3u of HL on hairiness H value of OH module was discussed.The results showed that the spinning method had an important impact on the correlation between two hairiness modules output results of UT6 evenness tester.Unary regression model had better predictability for ring spinning and condensed spinning,determination coefficient of multiple linear regression model on the prediction effect of siro spinning cotton yarn was reached 0.955,while the prediction effect of the rotor spinning cotton yarn regression model was relatively lower.
