摘 要:总结电热织物的研究进展。从物理结构、基本性能、研究现状等方面,介绍了目前常见的电热织物使用的电热元件。探讨了当前制备电热织物的5种方法;详述了各制备方法的研究现状及优缺点。指出:各类电热元件的特性各异,适用的电热织物制备方法也不尽相同,选择适合的电热元件及加工方法是制备电热性能良好的电热织物的关键。认为:目前需要解决的是电热织物与服装的结合,以及电热元件自身的耐水洗性。Research progress of electric heating fabric was summarized.In terms of physical structure,basic performance,research status,the current common electric heating elements used in electric heating fabrics were introduced.The current five methods of preparing electric heating fabrics were discussed.Research status,advantages and disadvantages of each preparation method were described in detail.It was pointed out that characteristics of various electric heating elements were different,applicable electric heating fabric preparation methods were also different.Choosing suitable electric heating elements and processing methods was the key to preparing electric heating fabrics with better electric heating performance.It is considered that the combination of electric heating fabric and clothing and washing resistance of electric heating element itself needs to be solved.
