摘  要:为了查明某滩海油田一条输油管道的腐蚀成因,利用扫描电镜、能谱仪和金相显微镜等仪器,对管道腐蚀严重试件进行了检测分析。检测结果表明,管道腐蚀类型为点蚀+垢下腐蚀,管道腐蚀因素为注入井返排液中含有CO2和Cl-。提出了管道集输工艺和在用管道修补方面的指导性建议措施,延长了管道使用寿命。In order to find out the cause of corrosion of an oil pipeline in a beach oilfield,the serious corrosion samples of the pipeline were tested and analyzed by means of SEM,EDS and metallographic microscope.The results show that the corrosion type of the pipeline is pitting corrosion and corrosion under scale.The corrosion factor of the pipeline is CO2 and Cl-in the flowback fluid of the injection wells.The guiding measures for pipeline gathering and transportation technology and pipeline repair are put forward to prolong the service life of the pipeline.
