摘　　要：目的探讨近年来重庆地区发热待查(FUO)患者的病因特点,为临床诊断和治疗FUO提供参考。方法回顾性分析2017-2019年重庆医科大学附属第一医院感染科符合发热待查标准的548例住院患者临床资料,并对FUO患者病因进行分类。结果548例患者经各种检查及诊断性治疗最终确诊371例患者,确诊率67.8%。感染性疾病285例(52.0%),肿瘤性疾病14例(2.6%),结缔组织疾病47例(8.6%),其他疾病25例(4.6%),出院时仍未确诊者177例(32.2%)。结论发热待查患者病因复杂,感染性疾病仍是发热待查的主要病因,明确发热待查的病因谱可为临床早期诊断提供思路。Objective To investigate the etiology features of patients with fever with unknown origin(FUO)in Chongqing in recent years,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of FUO.Methods the data of 548 inpatients who met the criteria for FUO in the department of infection of the first affiliated hospital of Chongqing medical university from 2017 to 2019 were retrospectively summarized and analyzed,and the etiology of FUO patients was classified.Results 548 patients were diagnosed with 371 cases after various examinations and diagnostic treatments,with a confirmed rate of 67.8%.There were 285 cases of infectious diseases(52.0%),14 cases of neoplastic diseases(2.6%),47 cases of connective tissue diseases(8.6%),25 cases of other diseases(4.6%),and 177 cases of undiagnosed diseases(32.2%)at the time of discharge.Conclusion The etiology of patients with fever is unclear,infectious diseases are still the main cause of fever,followed by undiagnosed diseases,connective tissue diseases,other diseases,and neoplastic diseases at the time of discharge.
