摘  要:对水稻淡白叶突变体及其他3份彩色稻在苗期、分蘖期、拔节期、孕穗期、抽穗期、灌浆期、成熟期及全生育期的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b、类胡萝卜素含量进行了测定,并对成熟后的农艺性状进行了比较分析。讨论了水稻叶片叶绿素含量的变化及其与产量之间的关系,并对淡白叶突变体的应用推广前景进行了展望。The contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a+b and carotenoid(C)were measured at seedling stage,tillering stage,jointing stage,booting stage,heading stage,filling stage,maturation stage,and the comparative analysis of agronomic traits after maturation was conducted in pale-white-leaf mutant and other three colorful varieties.The relationship between chlorophyll content and rice yield was discussed,and the prospect of application and popularization of the white-leaf mutant was forecasted as well.
