丹皮酚对马铃薯块茎蛾成虫的亚致死效应及其对生殖行为的影响

摘　　要：利用丹皮酚对马铃薯块茎蛾雌、雄蛾分别进行毒力测定,研究了丹皮酚亚致死浓度处理后对马铃薯块茎蛾雌、雄蛾求偶行为和生殖力的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,丹皮酚亚致死浓度LC 10处理1日龄雌虫后,雌虫的求偶会受到明显的影响,单雌求偶时间由(61.92±6.54)min降至(34.6±4.31)min,单次求偶时间由(15.44±2.15)min降至(5.69±1.02)min;处理后雄虫对不同当量正常产卵器粗提物的接触次数、滞留时间均显著低于对照,正常雄虫对处理后雌虫产卵器粗提物浓度只有0.5头当量时降落次数、滞留时间均显著高于对照,在其它浓度下与对照均无显著差异;而产卵量和孵化率与对照相比,只有第1天有显著差异,第2、3天与对照相比均无显著差异。The toxicity test of paeonol on the potato tuber moth’s female and male were measured respectively,and the effects of paeonol sublethal concentration treatment on the call behavior and fertility of female and male moth were studied.The results showed that compared with the control,the female's call would be significantly affected when the 1-day-old females were treated with paeonol sublethal concentration LC 10,and the single female call time decreased from 61.92±6.54 min to 34.6±4.31 min.The mean per call time 15.44±2.15 min decreased to 5.69±1.02 min.The contacts times and the arresting time of the treated male on the crude extracts of normal moth ovipositor of different equivalents were significantly lower than that of the control.The contacts times and arresting time of normal males were significantly higher than the control when the treated females’concentration of the crude extract of the ovipositor was only 0.5 head equivalent,and there was no significant difference between the control and the other concentrations.The egg production and hatching rate were only significant on the 1st day compared with the control,and there was no significant difference between the second and third days compared with the control.
