翠碧一号上部叶不同采收方式对烟叶质量的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨烤烟品种翠碧一号上部叶的适宜采收方式,提高其上部叶的工业可用性,通过田间试验,设置了上部6片叶的5种采收方式,研究了不同采收方式对翠碧一号上部叶外观质量、经济性状、化学成分、感官评吸质量的影响。结果表明:翠碧一号上部叶6片叶分两次采收,且第二次采收3片(含3片)以下或5片(含5片)以上时烟叶外观质量、化学成分的协调性和评吸质量较第二次采4片叶时差;当翠碧一号上部6片叶分2次采收,即倒5~6叶成熟时先采收,倒数第2叶成熟时剩下的4片叶一次性采收时,烤后烟叶的化学成分协调,且外观质量、评吸质量、经济性状最好,为翠碧一号上部叶的最佳采收方式。In order to explore the harvest method of upper leaves of Flue-cured tobacco Variety CB-1 and improve the industrial availability,five harvesting methods of 6 upper leaves were set by the field experiments.The effects of different picking methods on appearance quality,economic characters,chemical components and sensory quality were studied.The results showed that the leaf appearance quality,chemical composition coordination and smoking quality of 4 leaves harvested in the second time were better than that of the leaves harvested less than 3 pieces(including 3 pieces)or more than 5 pieces(including 5 pieces)in the second time when the leaves of CB-1 were harvested twice.When 5~6 ripe leaves from the bottom were harvested in the first time,the remaining 4 leaves were harvested in the second time when penultimate leaf was ripe,the appearance quality,economic characters,chemical components and sensory quality were the best.It was the best harvest method for Flue-cured Tobacco Variety CB-1.
