摘 要:针对新一代大型调相机工程机组数量大、质量要求高的特点,为实现大型调相机生产过程的高效管控,对新一代300 Mvar大型双水内冷调相机全环节监造要点进行梳理,并结合工程现场对双水内冷调相机生产流程进行全过程监造和总结,为今后调相机及相关产品的监造提供参考。In view of the large quantity and high quality requirements of the new generation of large-scale camera engineering units,in order to realize the efficient management and control of the production process of the large-scale camera,the main points of the whole-stage supervision of the new generation of 300 Mvar large double internal water cooling camera were sorted out.Combined with the project site,the whole process of supervision and summary of the production process of the dual internal water cooling camera was carried out to provide reference for the supervision of the future production of the camera and related products.
