摘  要:在某水轮发电机A修检查过程中发现定子上、下端部有过热导致部分铁芯表面发黑和变形的现象。根据机组以往运行参数和现场检查情况,分析定子端部铁芯过热可能的主要原因,并通过试验和仿真进行验证,最后提出解决方案。During a maintenance inspection of a hydrogenerator,it was found that the upper and lower ends of the stator were overheated,resulting in blackening and deformation of some iron core surfaces.According to the unit′s previous operating parameters and on-site inspections,the main causes of possible overheating of the iron core at the end of the stator were analyzed and verified through experiments and simulations.Finally,solutions were proposed.
