海上升压站应急电源系统切换逻辑缺陷分析及优化

摘　　要：海上升压站应急段提供了海上升压站正常运行及故障检修的重要电源,比如开关柜动力电源、直流充电机电源、UPS主电源、消防系统电源、应急照明电源、助航电源等。根据负载的重要性海上升压站设置三路电源进行可靠切换,为应急段提供电源,其重要性及电源投入方式与大型火电机组保安电源相似,电源投入方式都属于三电源切换类型。文章通过对比国内主流三电源切换主要方式优、缺点,选择符合海上升压站特点的切换方式。同时对典型海上升压站应急电源系统切换逻辑存在的问题进行较为全面的分析,给出了相应的解决方案,对于保障后续海上风力发电安全稳定运行具有较大的推广价值。The emergency section of the offshore booster station provides important power for normal operation and troubleshooting of the offshore booster station,such as switch cabinet power supply,DC charger power supply,UPS main power supply,fire protection system power supply,emergency lighting power supply,navigation aid power supply,etc.According to the importance of the load,the offshore booster station is provided with three power sources for reliable switching to provide power for the emergency section.Its importance and power input mode are similar to those of the security power supply for large-scale thermal power units.The power input mode belongs to the three power source switching type.In this paper,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the main switching modes of the domestic mainstream three power sources,the switching mode that conforms to the characteristics of offshore booster stations wasselected.At the same time,the problems existing in the switching logic of the emergency power supply system of typical offshore booster stations werecomprehensively analyzed,and the corresponding solutions weregiven,which hadgreat promotion value for ensuring the safe and stable operation of subsequent offshore wind power generation.
