摘  要:某核电站1号发电机转子绕组对地绝缘低缺陷,威胁着发电机的安全运行,必须找出原因并彻底处理缺陷。阐述了转子绕组对地绝缘低产生的原因及对发电机运行的影响,介绍了发电机转子端部通风系统,提出了查找转子对地绝缘薄弱点的绝缘直流脉冲电压试验法,描述了该核电站1号发电机转子绕组对地绝缘低原因查找方法和处理措施,并总结了绝缘低的处理效果。The low insulation defect of rotor winding to ground of No.1 generator in a nuclear power plant threatens the safe operation of the generator.The cause must be found and the defects must be thoroughly dealt with.The reasons for the low ground insulation of the rotor windings and the influence on the operation of the generator were explained,the ventilation system at the end of the generator rotor was introduced,and the insulation DC pulse voltage test method to find the weak point of the rotor to the ground insulation was proposed.The reasons for the low insulation of the rotor winding of a nuclear power plant′s No.1 generator and its treatment measures were introduced,and the treatment results of low insulation were summarized.
