摘 要:主变保护和线路保护中的距离保护、零序方向保护等都要用到母线二次电压,为了使主变和线路在倒母线运行时,继电保护装置能够取得所运行母线相应的二次电压,一般在操作箱中都设有电压切换回路。在变电站的双母线接线中,继电保护装置需要通过电压切换回路来实现不同运行方式下母线电压的采集工作。现今电压切换回路中通常使用的是双位置继电器,其中存在的隐患有时候会增大事故的发生概率甚至扩大事故的范围。文章就变电站发生的两起事故分析了目前电压切换箱中电压切换回路存在的不足,并给出了改进的措施,避免以后类似事件的发生。Bus secondary voltage is used in distance protection and zero sequence direction protection of main transformer protection and line protection.In order to make the main transformer and the line in the inverted bus operation,the relay protection device can obtain the corresponding secondary voltage of the operating bus.Generally,there are voltage switching circuits in the operation box.In the double busbar connection of the substation,the relay protection device needs to realize the collection of busbar voltage under different operation modes through the voltage switching circuit.Nowadays,dual-position relays are commonly used in voltage switching circuits,and the hidden troubles in them will increase the probability of accidents and even expand the scope of accidents.With regard to the two accidents in the substation,the shortcomings of the voltage switching circuit in the current voltage switching box were analyzed,and improvement measures were given to avoid similar incidents in the future.
