摘　　要：10 kV高压电网的电能传输质量决定了区域用户的电能供应稳定性和供电质量。10 kV的高压配电网具有复杂的电网负荷变化特征,并且体现为多样的网络架构以及广泛的网络分布状态,因此,应采用在线监测装置实施全面监测,便于技术人员能随时察觉电网的风险,并进行处理。文章介绍了10 kV高压电能质量在线监测装置的基本功能、研究现状及技术发展趋向。The power transmission quality of the 10 kV high-voltage power grid determines the stability and quality of power supply for regional users.The 10 kV high-voltage distribution network has complex characteristics of grid load changes,which is reflected in a variety of network architecture and extensive network distribution state.Therefore,online monitoring devices should be used to implement comprehensive monitoring,so that technicians can detect the risks of the power grid at any time and deal with them.The basic functions,research status and technical development trends of the 10 kV high voltage power quality online monitoring device were introduced.
