摘　　要：探讨市级三级甲等综合性医院在短时间内筹备新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称“新冠肺炎”)病区的方法。运用实地查看、合理选址、灵活改造病区布局、紧急调配物资和人力、实地培训、为抗疫医护人员提供后勤保障服务等方法进行筹备,在医院多部门、多科室的通力协作和支持下,在护理部的有效沟通和协调下,3 d内即筹备出一个新冠肺炎病区。结果表明,沟通协调、科学调配等筹备方法,能使新冠肺炎病区得到及时开放,保证新冠肺炎病人得到及时救治和规范化管理,从而确保抗疫工作的顺利进行。The methods of preparing COVID-19 wards in a comprehensive municipal Grade-III Class-A hospital in a short time are explored.Preparations are made through on-site inspection,reasonable site selection,flexible transformation of ward layout,emergency allocation of materials and manpower,field training,and provision of logistics support services for anti-pandemic medical staff.The results show that COVID-19 wards can be built within 3 days with the collaborative support of multiple departments in the hospital along with effective communication and coordination of the nursing department.It is also shown that in order to ensure the timely treatment of COVID-19 patients and standardized management COVID-19 isolation wards can be opened in time through communication,coordination and scientific allocation,which will guarantee the smooth fighting against the pandemic.
