老年高血压患者合并高脂血症的社区诊治疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析老年高血压患者合并高脂血症的社区诊治疗效。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年1月社区卫生服务中心门诊治疗的高血压合并高脂血症老年患者184例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规社区干预;观察组在常规社区干预基础上给予社区诊治干预。比较两组患者血压、血脂水平及满意度。结果:两组血压和血脂各项指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年高血压合并高脂血症患者实施社区诊治干预,可以有效控制患者血压和血脂水平,确保老年人的生活质量及身体健康。Objective:To analyze the community diagnosis and treatment effect of elderly hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods:From February 2019 to January 2020,184 cases of elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia who were diagnosed and treated in community health service center were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopted conventional community intervention,while the observation group provided community diagnosis and treatment intervention on the basis of conventional community intervention.The blood pressure,blood lipid levels and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The control of blood pressure and blood lipids in both groups was improved and the effect of the observation group was more ideal,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients'satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia,the implementation of community diagnosis and treatment intervention can effectively control patients'blood pressure and blood lipids,ensure the quality of life and physical health of the elderly patients and it has important clinical significance.
