摘　　要：目的:观察子宫背带(B-Lynch)缝合术联合阴道填塞纱布应用在剖宫产子宫收缩乏力性出血中的临床价值。方法:2017年1月-2019年12月收治行剖宫产术发生宫缩乏力性出血的产妇90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组使用B-Lynch缝合术;观察组使用B-Lynch缝合术联合阴道填塞纱布。比较两组治疗总有效率、术中及术后出血量、住院时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量、术后2 h出血量及术后24 h出血量均低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:B-Lynch缝合术联合阴道填塞纱布对剖宫产宫缩乏力性出血的治疗效果显著,能减少术中及术后出血量,缩短住院时间。Objective:To observe the clinical value of uterine B-Lynch suture combined with vaginal packing gauze in cesarean section for endometrorrhagia caused by uterine inertia.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,90 cases of parturient who underwent cesarean section with endometrorrhagia caused by uterine inertia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with B-Lynch suture,while the observation group was treated with B-Lynch suture combined with vaginal packing gauze.The total effective rate of treatment,the amount of intraoperative and postoperative bleeding and the length of hospital stays were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative bleeding,the amount of bleeding 2 hours after the operation and amount of bleeding 24 hours after the operation in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the length of hospital stays was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:B-Lynch suture combined with vaginal packing gauze has a significant effect on the treatment of endometrorrhagia caused by uterine inertia,which can reduce intraoperative and postoperative bleeding and shorten the length of hospital stays.
