经络推拿联合中药辨证治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者临床疗效及对疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察经络推拿联合中药辨证治疗颈肩腰腿痛的疗效。方法:2017年9月-2019年2月收治颈肩腰腿痛患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用中药辨证治疗;观察组在中药辨证基础上联合经络推拿治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量各项评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经络推拿联合中药辨证治疗可以缓解颈肩腰腿痛患者的疼痛程度,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the curative effect of meridian massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment on neck,shoulder,lumbar and leg pain.Methods:From September 2017 to February 2019,60 cases of patients with neck,shoulder,lumbar and leg pain were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical therapy,while the observation group was treated with meridian massage on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical therapy.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scale scores of quality of life in the observation group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meridian massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment can relieve the pain degree and improve the quality of life of patients with neck,shoulder,lumbar and leg pain.
