慢性鼻窦炎术后应用验方鼻窦炎合剂的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察慢性鼻窦炎术后应用验方鼻窦炎合剂的临床疗效。方法:2015年3月-2019年12月收治慢性鼻窦炎行功能性鼻内镜手术患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组给予生理盐水鼻腔冲洗;观察组在生理盐水鼻腔冲洗的基础上给予验方鼻窦炎合剂口服。比较两组临床疗效、症状评分及鼻腔清洁时间和上皮化时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后4周、8周、12周临床症状总评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组鼻腔清洁时间和上皮化时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:验方鼻窦炎合剂能有效促进慢性鼻窦炎术后的良性转归,对于改善慢性鼻窦炎患者术后的临床症状,促进术腔上皮化,减轻术腔水肿等均有显著疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of empirical prescription sinusitis mixture after operation of chronic sinusitis.Methods:From March 2015 to December 2019,60 patients with chronic sinusitis who underwent functional endoscopic sinus surgery were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given normal saline nasal irrigation.The observation group was given empirical prescription sinusitis mixture on the basis of normal saline nasal irrigation.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,nasal cleaning time and epithelialization time were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of clinical symptoms at 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after operation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nasal cleaning time and epithelialization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasosinusitis mixture can effectively promote the benign outcome of chronic sinusitis,improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic sinusitis,promote the epithelialization of the operative cavity,and reduce the edema of the operative cavity.
