摘 要:目的:分析血液检验应用于鉴别缺铁性贫血的诊断价值。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年2月疑似缺铁性贫血患者65例,作为试验组;选取健康体检患者65例,作为对照组。两组均实施血液检验,对比分析血常规各项指标水平。结果:试验组平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、平均红细胞容体积(MCV)、血细胞压积(HCT)、平均红细胞血红蛋白(MCH)、红细胞计数(RBC)及血红蛋白量(Hb)等指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组65例患者中,确诊为缺铁性贫血62例,检出率为95.38%。结论:开展血液检验可有效鉴别和诊断缺血性贫血,且检出率较高,可为临床诊疗发挥重要的指导作用。Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of blood test in the diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,65 patients with suspected iron deficiency anemia were selected as the experimental group.65 healthy physical examination patients were selected as the control group.Blood tests were performed in both groups to compare and analyze the levels of various indicators in blood routine examination.Results:The indicator levels of mean RBC hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),mean erythrocyte volume(MCV),hematocrit(HCT),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),red blood cell(RBC)and mean corpuscular hemoglobin(Hb)in the experimental group were all lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Of the 65 patients in the experimental group,62 cases were diagnosed as iron deficiency anemia,with a detection rate of 95.38%.Conclusion:Blood test can effectively differentiate and diagnose ischemic anemia,and the detection rate is high,which can play an important role in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
