全程护理对肺结核并咯血患者产生的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:评析肺结核并咯血患者应用全程护理的价值。方法:2016年1月-2019年12月收治肺结核并咯血患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组接受常规护理;观察组接受全程护理。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组咯血持续时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后生活质量(DLQI)各项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组窒息发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺结核并咯血患者应用全程护理的效果显著。Objective:To evaluate the value of whole course nursing in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and hemoptysis.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2019,80 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and hemoptysis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group received whole course nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The duration of hemoptysis and the length of hospital stays in observation group were shorter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the DLQI scale score in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of asphyxia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of whole course nursing in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and hemoptysis is remarkable.
