摘  要:目的:研究不同清洗剂在消毒供应中心器械清洗中的应用效果。方法:选取消毒供应中心清洗消毒的污染器械100件,随机分为两组,各50件。对照组采用多酶清洗剂进行清洗;观察组使用碱性清洗剂进行清洗。比较两组清洗效果。结果:观察组及时回收时间和及时供给时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组器械清洗质量优良率及合格率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务工作人员清洗评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心使用碱性清洗剂清洗医疗器械,可提高清洗质量合格率,同时可缩短回收与供给时间,成本更低,实用性和安全性更高。Objective:To study the application effect of different cleaning agents in the equipment cleaning of disinfection supply center.Methods:100 pieces of contaminated equipment were selected from the disinfection supply center and they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 pieces in each group.The control group was cleaned with multi enzyme detergent.The observation group was cleaned with alkaline detergent.The cleaning effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The timely recovery time and timely supply time in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The good cleaning rate and qualified rate of the equipment in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cleaning score of medical staff in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Alkaline detergent can be used to clean medical devices in disinfection supply center,which can improve the qualified rate of cleaning quality,at the same time can shorten the recovery and supply time,lower cost,more practical and more safe.
